Biography

Andrew Carroll is a Los Angeles-based composer, songwriter, and producer. He’s best known for his critically-acclaimed score and theme song for AMC’s Lodge 49, Peacock’s The Resort, the Emmy Award-winning animated series Shape Island on Apple+, and the Emmy Award-winning documentary series The Comeback: 2004 Boston Red Sox, on Netflix.

Carroll studied writing and classical guitar at Loyola Marymount University, and began his musical career as a songwriter and performer. His band, The Lonely Wild, toured across the U.S. alongside acts such as: Beck, The National, and Lord Huron.

In 2020, he released his debut solo EP You Are Here. Aquarium Drunkard described the record as “a cinematic set of psychedelic pop songs—think Pet Sounds re-envisioned as a soundtrack to a lost noir gem.”

He most recently scored Plantman and Blondie: A Dress Up Gang Film, which will premiere at SXSW 2026.
